Sub-Tech was founded by John Cannon in 2008 and is currently one of the UK’s leading civil engineering contractors. Sub-Tech offers services in four key areas of civil engineering: tunnelling, underpinning, drainage, and hard landscaping. We provide our clients with a consultative design and suited service that identifies cost advantageous solutions for project we undertake.
Working from our Head Office in London we are ideally located to respond to the needs of our clients and efficiently meet the demands of the fast-paced London construction sector. We always recommend a site visit to discuss the planned works and our experienced team are able to offer first-hand knowledge about the local area, from sub-surface geotechnical conditions and water table levels, to who is responsible for approving works in that locality.
